Kandinsky Exhibition
Another month, another excellent exhibition in Paris. This time it’s at the Centre Pompidou and it’s the marvellous work of Vassilli Kandinsky (1866-1944).
His abstract paintings span a period of of the 20th century which saw the Tsarist and Soviet Russia, WWI, The Weimar Republic and WWII. Born in Russia he died in France as a French citizen and celebrated worldwide.
This new exhibition contains items collated together by private collectors and the Société Kandinsky.
